Completed in late 2024 ahead of schedule, this 200-unit affordable housing development exceeded client expectations. Built for long-time client Roers Companies and designed by Todd & Associates, the project’s early delivery provided significant time and cost savings.
Mesa Vista – Casa Grande, AZ
A 267,000-square-foot community featuring eight residential buildings, a standalone clubhouse, and two garages. This 200-unit development was delivered in collaboration with Roers Companies and VTBS Architects.
Alto Apartments – Maricopa, AZ
Completed in mid-2025, Alto includes eight residential buildings, a clubhouse, pool, playground, and full site amenities across 12 acres. Developed by Roers Companies and designed by Kaas Wilson Architects, this community-focused project welcomed its first residents in July.
Sierra on 66 – Ongoing
Currently under construction, this 221-unit, 277,000-square-foot residential community includes rare below-grade parking and a full suite of amenities. The project is being delivered in partnership with Roers Companies and Kaas Wilson Architects and remains on track.
Estrella Mountain Park – Ongoing
Ironmark is managing site infrastructure for a new RV park in Goodyear, demonstrating the team’s versatility in serving both private developers and public-sector clients.
