At Ironmark, we build quality projects for discerning clients. Our collaborative team of experts works closely with clients to achieve their vision from start to finish. For Ironmark client, Bridgewater Bank, that meant creating a new unique corporate headquarters in the heart of the Excelsior corridor where business could thrive today and in the future.
“We believe our office is unlike any banking headquarters in the Midwest, and maybe even the country,” said Jerry Baack, President and CEO of Bridgewater Bank. “The campus-like atmosphere is a perfect complement to our unique culture and will allow us to continue to retain and attract top talent. It’s an unbeatable employment experience.”
Finance + Commerce recently honored Ironmark’s work on the Bridgewater Bank Corporate Center as one of Minnesota’s Top Projects of 2020. The Bridgewater headquarters located at 4450 Excelsior Boulevard is a roughly 84,000 square feet building that’s a mix-used space with open collaborative spaces and room to grow.
“Bridgewater had a clear vision for how they wanted this new headquarters to engage their clients, attract new employees and cultivate a culture of collaboration,” said Brent Kluver, Vice President of Project Development at Ironmark. “Great mixed-use projects like Bridgewater also add new vibrancy to the community and surrounding neighborhood, and you certainly feel that now along Excelsior Boulevard.”
Ironmark’s collaborative approach and commitment to quality construction has allowed it to become one of the leading contractors in the Twin Cities market. Ironmark has completed more than $700 million in contracted work and developed a network of relationships based on the quality of their work and the results delivered.
