Ironmark Building Company is proud to announce the successful completion of two signifiicant contracts in Aurora, Colorado.

Station 60 ISP: Laying the Groundwork for Future Development

The first project, Station 60 ISP, involved establishing infrastructure for three separate lots, each primed for future development. The general scope of work involved:

  • Installing new public utilities to each each lot.
  • Landscape installation, and constructing private roadways and sidewalks.

One of the most complex aspects of this project was creating sewer and stormwater connections more than 20 feet deep within a busy six-lane road. Despite the challenges, our team completed this phase successfully, paving the way for the development of Mural Apartments and a QT Gas Station.
