Ironmark Building Company (Ironmark) is pleased to announce the addition of Kristina McMillan as Director of Business Development in the Minnesota office.
Kristina brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, business development, and strategy across the construction, manufacturing, and workforce development sectors.

In this new role, Kristina will lead Ironmark’s business development efforts across Minnesota. She will focus on identifying new opportunities, deepening relationships with clients and industry partners, and supporting strategic growth in Ironmark’s core markets: multifamily and mixed-use, hospitality and service, and commercial.
Kristina will work closely with Ironmark leadership and project teams to align pursuit strategies with company goals, ensuring continued success and long-term impact.
