Alto

Construction of Alto began in late 2023 and was completed in fall 2025. This project consists of twelve structures, including eight residential buildings, a clubhouse, and three garages. This affordable development includes 200 units and offer surface, garage, and carport parking. The residential buildings are three stories tall, featuring post-tension slab-on-grade foundations and wood framing.
