Congress Street Apartments

Construction on Congress Apartments started in September 2025, with completion expected in late 2026. Congress is a four-story multifamily community located in Tucson’s Mercado District and will consist of 65 residential units. The project includes studio and one-bedroom apartment layouts designed to support urban living.

The building is wood-framed over a podium foundation and is located near the Sun Link Streetcar, providing convenient access to downtown Tucson and surrounding areas. Residential units will feature in-unit washers and dryers, with shared amenities supporting resident use.
