Cora Apartments

Construction at Cora Apartments began in January 2026 with the demolition of two existing residential homes in downtown Prior Lake. With an expected 15-month construction timeline, the mixed-use development will deliver 105 market-rate apartment units across five residential levels above two levels of underground parking.

In addition to expanding residential housing options in Prior Lake, the project will include a rooftop deck associated with the street-level restaurant, contributing to an active downtown streetscape.
