Dunedin Terrace Townhomes

Construction at Dunedin Terrace Townhomes began in October 2025, with completion expected 14 months later. The project is part of a multi-site development delivered alongside McDonough Townhomes and will provide affordable family housing.

Dunedin Terrace consists of one two-story building with four three-bedroom townhome units. Each unit is designed with an accessible first floor that includes a bedroom and bathroom. The homes will be constructed with fire suppression sprinkler systems and durability-focused design features to support long-term performance and resident safety.
