The Hotel Crosby offers a variety of luxury amenities in the heart of downtown Stillwater. The hotel features the Matchstick Restaurant, as well as six extended-stay suites with full kitchens and fireplaces designed for seasonal rentals. Northeast-facing rooms, along with the rooftop patio and hot tub, offer a scenic view of the St. Croix River Valley. Recovered barnwood was used throughout the hotel as in-unit doors, wall paneling, and ceiling beams.
