Linda Ave Apartments

Construction of Linda Apartments began in September 2025, with completion expected by the end of 2026. Linda Apartments is a three-story multifamily community located in Tucson’s Mercado District. The project consists of 77 residential units, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes.

The building is designed to integrate efficiently into the surrounding urban environment and will be constructed using wood framing over a podium foundation. The project’s location supports walkability and connectivity to nearby transit and neighborhood services.
