McDonough Townhomes

Construction at McDonough Townhomes began in October 2025, with estimated completion in 14 months. The project is located on an existing public housing campus and is part of a coordinated multi-site development with Dunedin Terrace Townhomes.

The scope includes seven rental townhome units across one- and two-story wood-frame buildings. Six units are two stories with full basements, and one unit is fully accessible on a single level. The project expands affordable housing options while integrating new construction into an active residential environment.
