Affordable Housing
Mural Apartments is Ironmark's first project in Colorado, and consists of 216 affordable housing units across six residential buildings. Each unit includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-home laundry, and select apartments also feature walk-in closets and bedroom ceiling fans. Community amenities include a standalone clubhouse with an outdoor pool, playground, kids' room, fitness center, dog park, pet spa, work-from-home lounges, and a secure package room. The project was completed in just under 14 months - a remarkable achievement for our team and a significant milestone for our client.
