Union Park Residences

Construction at Union Park Residences began in November 2025, with completion anticipated by the end of 2027. The ground-up multifamily development will include 308 market-rate residential units across five four-story buildings on approximately 7.97 acres.

The community will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes with modern interior finishes. Site improvements include utilities, parking canopies, landscaping, and shared outdoor spaces.

Planned amenities include a pool and spa, fitness center, club and coworking spaces, pet amenities, and multiple outdoor gathering areas.
