One West Drive

Downtown Excelsior has seen no new residential communities in the past 50 years, but One West Drive is changing that. The project consists of seven buildings with 38 apartments and 11 rowhomes, with each rowhome featuring a private, two-stall heated parking garage. One West Drive also includes three levels of underground parking made with pre-cast concrete, providing 322 public and private parking stalls to Downtown Excelsior.
The community offers a spa pool with lounge seating, an indoor and outdoor fitness and yoga studio, a resident garden area, a dog run, and a pet spa. The units feature 7-foot solid core doors throughout, a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet 8 inches, designer-inspired kitchens, roller shades, and generous walk-in closets.
