Parkway Commons is a four-story luxury apartment building with 34 units and 37 covered parking stalls on the first level. Each unit features a chef-inspired kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, including gas ranges and French door refrigerators, quartz countertops, oversized windows, and a balcony or terrace. The community offers a club-level fitness center on the second floor, a fourth-floor amenity room with work-from-home nooks, a terrace with stunning views of St. Louis Park, and a gathering and grilling area on the northwest corner of the building.
