Platform Apartments

Platform is a mixed-use project constructed with two levels of precast and four levels of wood framing. In response to the owner’s vision of creating a space that enhances well-being, biophilic design was thoughtfully incorporated throughout the building. A greenery wall welcomes visitors in the lobby, and community spaces feature soft edges and curved corners to enhance the sense of openness and visual comfort. The building also includes a solarium and a sauna. The solarium, with its large windows, is filled with plants, wooden surfaces, and a swing bench, creating a peaceful connection to the outdoors. The sauna offers residents the benefits of thermal therapy. All these unique aspects of the building were designed with the general well-being of residents in mind.
