Springs Expansion

Ironmark was recently awarded the contract to be the General Contractor for the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority’s Springs Expansion project.

The project includes the full modernization of two existing buildings: a 20-story high-rise designated for elderly and a four-story mid-rise designated for adults. In addition to the rehabilitation of these two buildings, a new four-story building will be constructed and connected to the high-rise through a common space, adding up to 15 new units and additional amenities for residents to use.
