Townhomes on Earley

Townhomes on Earley started construction in July 2025. This 23.5-acre site in Casa Grande, Arizona, will consist of 278 build-to-rent (BTR) townhome units across 14 single-story detached buildings and 125 two-story duplexes. The development will offer three- and four-bedroom layouts, with select units designed for mobility accessibility.

Once completed, the project will include a central clubhouse with fitness facilities, laundry services, and school bus shelter. Outdoor amenities will feature a pool, spa, playground, and landscaped open spaces with ramadas. Parking will include surface and covered spaces with solar canopies and EV-ready stalls.
